A Series & Other MobileHello hell0w0rld, welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand that it can be very nerve-wracking when your device freezes or crashes. The good news is that this can probably be fixed with some troubleshooting. First, verify that your device is up to the latest software. Try your device in Safe Mode to verify that a third party software isn't causing the issue: Booting your Samsung Galaxy into Safe mode | Samsung CA
Perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset:
Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone or tablet
If you are still experiencing issues, then I recommend that you have your device check out by a certified service technician. You can private message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option or you can proceed with the self-service option here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
