A Series & Other MobileHi, I am using a J7 2016 device and I tried to set up the secure folder but after loading for a long time it told me to contact samsung support. My knox is still working version 3.2

Have you tried clearing the app cache for the Secure Folder? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
Also, try disconnecting from Wi-Fi and then loading the app.
If you continue to receive the message, we recommend contacting Samsung Support by calling 1-800-726-7864.
