System UI message on A16 and A17

A system UI message would keep showing up on my A 16 screen after updating the software even though I followed these steps

1. Force-restart my phone,

2. Clear the System UI cache

3. Boot into safe mode, 

4. Wipe cache partition 

I decided to upgrade it to the A17 but I'm having the same problem after updating the software and now it seems like I'm forced to reset the phone. I've liked Samsung for many years but now it seems like I have to let it go.

The steps that you list shouldn't reset your phone.

Every phone manufactured will sometimes require additional maintenance, but if this is a deal break for you, then I wish you the best of luck.
