The one ui 8 let me down on galaxy a56

Samsung is letting me down with every update, and now even the app opening animation is not smooth at all after the one ui 8 update, it was SMOOTHER ON THE ONE UI 7 FOR GOD'S SAKE, no live blur, no ACTUAL AI, and now even the smoother animations "specifically the opening app animation" is fast like i am holding a **bleep**g galaxy a50 on an android 11!!! (It seems like samsung team are making the smoother animation behind a paywall now) thanks samsung i'm switching back to apple, AND NO, DO NOT TELL ME TO TUNE THE ANIMATIONS IN GOOD LOCK, THAT IS JUST STUPID, I AM NOT GOING TO FIX IT BY DOWNLOADING A 3RD PARTY APP TO FIX SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT BROKEN IN ONE UI 7

Good Lock is not a third-party app.
Good Lock is a software suite made by Samsung for Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets to enable extensive customization of the user interface

Technically speaking it is an "approved" fan made app, approved by samsung. I might sound like a nerd but telling me to download an app to fix a problem that was NOT a problem from the begining, (From one ui 7) is absolutely wild by samsung. Still thank you for replying to my post😊

Nope.  The Good Lock team are Samsung developers.  This is an OFFICIAL Samsung app. Produced by Samsung Electronics. If you go to the "about" section of the app, and tap on "contact us", it will bring you directly to the Samsung support page of the members app.  If you have an issue with the app, you would be putting in your error report directly to Samsung developers.

It was not a problem in OneUI 7, because Google had not yet tightened up their lock on altering the system.  As I said, it is your choice not to use Good Lock if you don't want to - use the developer options instead, but your customization options for your  phone will be severely limited to what's in the settings.

If you don't want to use Good Lock (which there is no reason why you shouldn't), then enable developer options and adjust the transition animation scale and window animation scales.

As @Pianodude58 said, Good Lock is Samsung's official suite of customization tools, an anyone who wants/needs to customize their phones should have at least two of the modules (home up and lockstar).  it is not a third party app.  Modulizing the customization features allows for quick updates and allows users to customize to *their* liking, not someone else's, while downloading only the tools they need.  If they baked all the customizations into the UI, anytime something needed to be patched, updated or added, you would have to wait for the next major update.  This way, tweaks and updates can be made by the development team pretty much "on the fly".  This is also the way they get around Google's mandates of what they can add  to or change in the Android Operating System.

You obviously did not get my point, yet i appreciate your statement, and taking your time to reply to my post, but i said that this problem was not there in one ui 7, the animations got worse with the MAJOR update that promised "buttery smooth animations" they purposefully sped up the app opening animations in the a series phones, you can see the diffrences in youtube or reddit etc...i am sorry if i sound like a whiny kid or something, but i'm a huge animation enthusiastic, you know. My point is that if the problem was not there, then why break it? Though i saw the S series getting the one ui 8 as i stated, and i immediately noticed the difference...its obvious they are getting greedy even with animations (i know the developper options exist but i want the stock animations to be perfect you know?) Still thank you for replying, i really enjoy this community, i wish they just fix it
