Hello Samsung community I have a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G I've noticed since I got it that it's had stuttering issues unlike my previous models or other issues like having to press the Recent Apps button twice because pressing it once shows the Recent apps without an animation then just disappears all in like 0.2 seconds (no I'm not exaggerating it either) while pressing the key a second time makes it open as expected I've also noticed apps take a significant amount of time to open (settings app taking around 2-5 seconds) with other 3rd party apps taking much longer as well as some animations not showing correct such as opening Quick Settings or Notifications sometimes when I swipe down it takes about 2 seconds then it opens without an animation

I was thinking about debloating my A16 (while checking each app individually to make it it's truly safe to remove but I'm unsure if that could help and I would also like more tips to try before debloating as I'm using debloating as a last resort

Also most apps reopen from the beginning if there's more than 2 apps open in the Recent apps menu

Does anyone have tips on how I can speed up this Galaxy?

1. Uninstall all apps you will not use.
2. Frequently clear "open active apps".
3. Run the device care optimization tool
Enable "auto restart" by selecting auto optimization then set restart schedule

Also,Try wiping the "cache partition", It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files.

Follow the steps below,

Clear the cache partition
- Turn the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the side key to select.
- Press the volume down key to highlight yes, then press the side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system is now highlighted.
- Press the side key to restart the device.

Think your biggest issue is the ram but free space will be a factor also
