A Series & Other Mobile- Whenever I buy a new tech device the most important thing for me is which company gives good tech help and has good & ample working hrs to get such needed support.
- I am speaking about great help through speaking with someone on the phone & this usually requires use of the tutor app. for understanding.
- Only now,Samsung has cut phone hours on the West coast to only 6pm,M-F;& weekends only to 3,pm. Thus will cause a lot of us to choose another company,when buying a new device.
- I hope Samsung will realize this& also chat is not something any one I know likes nor is it capable of helping at all with tech problems
- My experience is most customers will never take the time to tell you what I have just written, they will just take their business some where else.
- I do hope Samsung will reconsider.
