I'm annoyed now for my 1 year A05 and you all wants only to brought my phone to the samsung nearest center that's pretty annoying. You're rich now and we're spending much more money as you're making phones with defects in order to brought us to the nearest center and making earn money. What really happens to my phone???

If you car breaks down or needs parts i.e repair do you expect that to happen at your home?

Additionally, if you are using a screen protector or case, be sure there is no debris or dust in contact with the phone. Try removing the case and testing the phone.

We also recommend running the diagnostics in the Members app, under the Support tab.
