Unknown Android System Apps

Hey Samsung Community,

While scrolling thru the Data Saver Settings turning off background usage on my Galaxy A32 5G, there are 2 Android Apps (Green Android Icon) that is named 10269 and 10161 when clicking on either one for App info, it is blank, only shows total, foreground, background usage, those numbers above where the App name should be is blank, besides I've never seen these in my app drawer before now. I'm hoping some of you guys can tell me what they are, is it possible they are malware or something?

This is either due to hotspot or an app or two you used, then deleted.

Oh ok I did uninstall an app or 2 today. Why haven't I seen this before??

I done a quick check on these numbers, it came from multiple sites that 10xxx numbers do indeed refer to deleted apps.
