A Series & Other MobileSince updating to the one ui 7 this week, my A14 phone will often not respond to touch after the screen awakes after touching the side button. I'm unable to swipe, or select phone or camera buttons. I have tried clearing the cache and rebooting, but the problem persists, rendering my phone pretty much useless. Any solutions, apart from throwing my phone at the wall in anger would be appreciated.

A Series & Other MobileFactory reset will clear all data and phone numbers etc from phone. It still wont work after that!

A Series & Other MobileThanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, having done a factory reset yesterday the problem persists. The touch screen randomly fails after pressing the power button, so I can't do anything, not even answer calls! I couldn't even complete the diagnostic tests as the touch screen stopped working too.
A very costly problem for me to have to solve at an inconvenient time. Most likely a new phone mid contract.

Its driving me mad too! I need it to buy metro tickets in Paris next week using NFC.
If I cant turn it on - I'm sunk.

A Series & Other MobileI'm the exact same had to go out a buy a new phone today..I couldn't answer any work calls, I could even get into my apartment complex car park and I couldn't unlock my phone to access the ap . Really really bad and no solution

A Series & Other MobileMany people are having the same issue on A14, it's all over Reddit, Facebook and elsewhere. My gf's A14 is randomly freezing after updating to OneUI 7. Clearing cache didn't help, factory reset didn't help. SAMSUNG please take notice and fix this!
