I have a question what is the data resource tool. I'm asking because I got an alert to update it but my phone doesn't have it on the list installed apps I'm using the Galaxy A14 5G

Good question I found it in apps says it from play store did a search there couldn't find it

yeah the only problem is since it's connected to data I'm afraid I may experience issues which I can't afford I use my phone to connect with my companies server

I checked I don't have data restore tool on my phone but the alert clearly specified data resource tool and that it's on Google play but a search there comes up zero result's I've sent a message to customer support they may know something

Ya, I don't know. Search results on the web aren't showing anything for that app. Strange! On my devices, I only have the data restore tool in the apps.
