Voicemail "service not available, try again later" error on Galaxy A23 from Walmart

I got this Galaxy A23 from Walmart. Forgot to set up my voicemail when I first got it. And now, when I go to put my pin in it says service not available, try again later.

Guessing you done this but press 1 for few seconds your voicemail prompt should start usually ask for pin if none is c set thsn can go and get set up

You need to contact your carrier for them to reset your voicemail

Walmart is the problem. Order unlocked phone from Samsung com this you don't have all the pre download junk and open source licenses that run your phone. It's a Walmart thing not a Samsung thing.
