I've been trying to update to the new software security and this is all I get I've tried factory reset on my phone go thru safe mode to update and keep getting the same thing any help will do

You can try to connect your Phone to a Computer and run Smartswitch on both to see if an Update will be forced to your device.  If no update is shown in Smartswitch you would need to contact your Carrier since they are the ones that push the update out or you could try contacting a Certified Repair Center to see if they could load the update for you.

Try this!


Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

If Smart Switch does not work, it's a carrier issue with their servers, you need to talk with them. This issue is evidently not new and is listed on several sites.
