I tried contacting Samsung directly about this, but didn't get any help. So I'm asking for some help here.
I am always getting email newsletters & advertisements from Samsung. BUT, I have double-checked my Samsung account under 'Privacy Preferences' & here are my setting: Customization Service> ALL OFF Get News & Special Offers> OFF Improve personalized ads with Samsung account data: OFF Improve personalized ads with precise location data: OFF
I have ALL Privacy Preferences turned OFF. So why am I always getting email newsletters & advertisements from Samsung?
