Hi, pandesam, thanks for the update. I am sorry to hear that the steps we offered aren't working.

We recommend trying the steps noted from Robin621k and the factory reset as VdkaDaTechNerd mentioned.

If these options do not work, then the phone will need service.

If you'd like a take it in for service or set up a repair online:

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/

Please also feel free to call in to 1-800-Samsung (1-800-726-7864) or send any moderator a Private Message.

For the service, please have this information handy: the phone's model number, the serial/IMEI number, your first and last name, a good contact phone number, a good email address, and your address. The proof of purchase may also be needed.

You probably need to factory reset it from recovery mode ( depends on what device it is, but mostly you need to hold vol up and side button or bixby then when the Samsung logo appears stop pressing the buttons. Newer models may need a computer with a USB c cable, then connect it, afterwards do what I told you to do. ). And just so you know if you have another device take a photo of your Google account details ( email, password ) because of the factory reset protection.

Hello, pandesam, Welcome! We're glad you've joined the Community. Having a phone you can't access because the on-screen keyboard is MIA is a problem we want to help you with.

Before trying a factor reset, as VdkaDaTechNerd1 mentioned, we would try these steps first:

First, try restarting your phone.
 - hold down the volume down and power button for 7 seconds

If after restarting the phone, try entering your password to see if the keyboard comes up to enter you password. If not, try restarting the phone again and then go into Safe mode.

Safe Mode steps:
While the device is restarting, press and hold the volume down button to enter Safe Mode (a "Safe Mode" label will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen).

And once you're in the phone, you can exit Safe Mode by restarting your phone again. The default keyboard will automatically switch to the Samsung keyboard.

Please let us know if this helps.

You can try to connect a keyboard and mouse to access your screen without a on screen keyboard.

Instructions are in this video.
