Everytime I get a call and my microphone is intentionally, by me, turned off it plays this really loud message that tells me to turn it on. I have tried numerous methods but although they work they're not helping. One is to turn down my ringtone volume which also turns down, as you might already be telling, my ringtone which is frustrating. I want to hear my ringtone but don't want to hear that message. I'd rather stay with the pop-up that show up below and not the voice message as well. At this point I feel like the best option is jailbreaking the phone and getting that message completely gone.

Also, don't suggest me any methods to fixing this because it doesn't have any good ones.

If you're also curious I have a Samsung Galaxy A36.

Hello Fut1l1ty_01, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns about your device microphone and I would be more than happy to assist. Are you using the phone app that came with your device or a third party app? Test the device in Safe Mode to verify that a third party app is not causing the issue:

Verify that you do not have talkback or voice assistant turned on:

Open Settings, Tap Accessibility, select the switch next to Talkback/Voice assistant to disable

Perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset:

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
