Since the update my phone will not hook to Ford Edge Sync system for audio. It will for calls but when I try audio. It tells me to go to the media menu and and chose bluetooth media out put??? I can't even find media menu on my phone..

Then you need a new Bluetooth chip as they aren't legacy compatible.
