Can't get Android 12 on supported phone

I am using a supported phone (Galaxy A03s), and yet it says that there is no update available while I am running Android 11. Is it just not working, or is there a fix?

You need to call your carrier as they are the ones that provide the updates to you after they receive them from Samsung. Samsung does not provide the updates directly to the user.

Depending on your service provider, also, not sure if it's still a thing, but there was a Samsung device update utility for windows

According to a UI 4 Android 12 update Schedule found under Notices here in Samsung Members. The Samsung A03 is supposed to get Android 12 update around August 2022.

Ok, but I don't have the A03. I have the A03s.

Go at the top right corner on this app tap on bell you'll have a list when you get the update
