Can't unlock device with fingerprint after update

After my phone update yesterday to the 4.0. My phone no longer allows me unlock phone with my fingerprint. I've reset phone deactivated fingerprint settings, activated back & still nothing. Any suggestions?

reset as in factory reset?

if so, then it could be that the sensor is damaged and needs to be replaced. visit an authorized repair center for checkup.

if it's not a hardware issue after checking, then reproduce the issue & submit error report to samsung members app > get help > error report

This just started for me cause I've had android 12 since November but in the last couple days I've noticed that when I go to lock screen to use the finger print it doesn't show up on the screen. I have to put pin in and then if I lock phone the finger print sensor shows back up. It has happened to me 2 times recently but it always reads it

I'm still wondering why I haven't GOTTEN Android 12 on my unlocked Z-Fold 3!

I got my Z-Fold 3 updated about three days ago after I rebooted it. Yours should come in anytime. It has been released and it should happen anytime.
