Cannot turn on Galaxy A52 after Android 12 update

Hi!

My phone has updated to Android 12 and after that I cannot turn it on. 

It works 5-10 seconds and then reboot. It still reboots in the safe mode. I would prefer to use "Reset to factory default" as a last resort. 

Any help is appreciated.

If you haven't already reboot to Recovery screen and select Wipe Cache Partition and then the Repair Apps option

Tried different approaches, nothing really helped. Hard reset fixed the phone, but it was rather unpleasant experience.
