What the **bleep** is Samsung doing about this???? So many users with the same problem. Clearly not caused by damage but an internal problem caused by update or hardware. No one appears to be getting any help. A case for the Office of Fair Trading for sure. Seems to be no point even talking to Samsung. Have liked Samsung till now.
what's the phone model number and the software you updated to?
have you tried reporting the issue to samsung members app > get help > error report (assuming you were able to interact with the phone)
