I was hacked by Samsung Tutor app the night before last. I watched them come in my phone and plunder around look through everything. Then they said thank you, replied to our conversation like they were me " Stop" then delete our conversation, and they were gone. I also can't find the photo of my receipt of the proof of insurance on this phone, not to mention hundreds of other pictures.
Please help me with my mobile data problem. I don't understand what is going on. I've did everything I can. I've called straight talk, very stupidly got Samsung tutor, deleted all suspicious apps, I don't even know if I should trust Samsung app store, Google play store, or anyone else anymore. Also Google recognizes my phone as a 11 and not a 12?? Why? What is going on??
