About 1/2 hour a notice popped up on my Samsung A32 5G that an update is available and that the update brings software enhancements. However, it did not say that it was the Android 12 update.
This update also brings into the April 2022 Security patch.
The interface has a few changes and so far seems to be running well
One thing you can try is to download the Samsung Smart Switch app to your Windows PC and connect your phone. Open the app and see if it can update your phone.
If not, I would suggest contacting Samsung as they are the ones who released the update
