Anyone else not have an upgrade to one ui 4.0 yet? My carrier (straighttalk) hasn't issued one for my S10+, and I can't make or receive calls. Already gone through 2 new SIM cards thinking it was due to that. Any ideas on forcing an update?

Updates are provided by your carrier, so you need to speak with Straight Talk.

@MuttonBill, there two possible options.
1- If your phone is fully unlocked. Use a different Sim card from different carrier like t-mobile or Verizon. If you have any friends or family who have these services use their Sim card on your phone and try updating.
2- Update your phone using Odin. But you have to find the right firmware for your phone. You need to Google that.
Good luck
