Note 20 ultra unlocked unable to activate eSIM on Verizon

Does here anyone having problems with activating esim on their note 20 ultra unlocked phones. Today I went to Verizon to see if they can activate. They're unable to do that. I'm running android 12 and my model phone is sm-n986u1.

Their has been esim problems across the board with android 12 not sure if it was a problem on 11

Unfortunately, can't answer on the Note 20, but my S21 Ultra Unlocked is running it

Do you see it in Settings?
