I recently updated my os and the document scanner in my phone no longer works. Please  help.

Submit an error report after replicating the issue
Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports

iamblue, by chatting through the Samsung Members App I was able to resolve the problem. I had to reset my settings, which was a hassle - but at least I didn't have to do a full factory reset.
