Samsung Dex Resetting Issue

My device is usa unlocked Galaxy s10 running Android 12. Issue is that when i am using dex mode for a bit it is working fine but few minutes later it starts to reset. Please helpful tips before do factory reset.

Have you completed a cache clear upon start up?

Have you cleared the cache for the dex app itself?

No did not worked still reseted its self

Looks like you may have to do that factory reset now.

Search for dex
Clear data of all related app

Did that way cannot clear data

What about the other dex apps

when the reset happens, report to samsung members app > get help > error report.

also, try booting into SafeMode and use Dex (if it lets you use Dex in safemode)...

if reset doesn't happen then it's likely something to do with a 3rd party app causing the reset.

can you share the phone's model number, software version and the Dex version?
