Secret Folder/Screen Recording

 Hello All,

When I try to screen record any app within the secure folder I get this notification. If I screen record the same app not in the secure folder it works just fine. When I click settings it takes me to the settings outside of the secure folder. I changed the name of secure folder to Google Saving. see screenshot of that settings page.

 looks like the option is grayed out so I can't change it. however it's set to allow draw over the top of secure folder apps. anyone have a solution for this? it worked always until yesterday. 

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Secure folder........... 3dots middle right.......... settings......... there you should be able to make adjustments

I know screen record and screen capture do not work on private browsing, so it's likely the same in private folders too.

the app you have to allow in this context is samsung capture

I allowed samsung capture. still nothing

even trying to screen record just with secure folder open and no app it has same error
