Setting to reduce text image size on S10 Android 12 OS

I have a Galaxy S10 running now Android 12.

I can't find the setting to reduce image size when sending multimedia (jpeg) text messages.

All text photos now get sent at original large size. It does not offer the option to reduce image size like when you send an email

Where is the setting? or how is this easily done without having to use a seperate app to reduce the image?
