Does anyone else find it weird that Samsung is confused about customer access to it's site and forum?
Let me prove this.
#1. Enter from the Members app and it is one account. That is here.
#2. Enter from the web and it is a UK or EU account.
#3. Enter by changing page to .us and get to an old version of a support site that lacks the product registration you previously did?
It seems to be best if Samsung was consistent, especially since the same credentials are used.
