Z fold 3 having connectivity issues after last update

I've exhausted all the troubleshooting and all the tech solutions ,even replaced sim and replaced with new phone and none of the fixes can solve my connectivity issue. I'm with Verizon and no one can figure out why my phone worked flawlessly for a couple months and now will only work with a wifi connection. Can't use it mobile. Can't connect to a network. Can't do anything unless on wifi . No one has a clue. Verizon solution is to give me a downgrade model in exchange. But I loved this phone and just want to have a solution
