refresh rate issues and sudden app close after update

Just updated my s21 ultra usa 512 GB and now having issues with refresh rate, app close without warning, and OS not stable

Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports

Clearing the Cash did not improve things no change

Android Auto is not connecting now after the update. This is frustrating

Safe Mode did not help either

Hard reset solved the problem
