I've been trying to sign up since the registration was on Samsung members , I registered waited, and oh yeah still waiting. Before I would be able to go to settings in Samsung members and it would show that I was registered, well that's gone as well.

Samsung is always doing this! When beta testing, you want data. But not allowing the big 4 in, you're shooting yourself in the foot. Now about the carriers, they need to allow Samsung to do what it needs to do to beta test on their network, it benefits everyone.
