There is no official announcement about the beta being extended to carriers. However, if the beta is extended to carriers, it will be for Sprint and T-Mobile customers only. AT&T and Verizon will not participate

Please check out this thread, specifically in the "Registration" section. There is a link to a fix I found.

Let me know if that works. Clearing cache wouldn't suffice, clearing data and rebooting are what is needed.
