Blue light disturbing gameplay

I have a galaxy J6, recently updated software to android 10 and since then whenever I play my PES2020 and PUBG there's always a blue light like an animation that crosses the bottom edge of my screen at almost 40 seconds interval. Whenever this happens, my gameplay becomes slow.... I need help!

it happens on my Galaxy 10+ too when I'm playing some games. I came here to search for an answer and there's no explanation sadly.

I "force stopped" my game booster and disabled some of the game enhancing apps. I only use game launcher and I haven't had issues since then.
