When will the beta come out for the note 9 and s9 in the us?

I'm pretty excited about getting it. Anyone heard how the beta is going in the UK?

This guy stated that he wants to be removed from the beta sign up... because it carried over to his s10 from his s9 and he wants to be removed cause he's received several over the air updates. Anyone have a clue how to actually sign up? Im in the states dont know if he was... but his English was flawless....
