I have cleared the cache in all Bixby apps in settings, restarted phone and still says Please wait a moment and try again. This has happened quite a few times and has been getting worse. Even with a simple command as good morning receives this reply. Wake up works but it just says working on it then Please wait a moment and try again.

Mine has exact same problem. It was working fine yesterday afternoon then suddenly won't respond only with the same message stated. Even with strong 4g. Mobile data isn't the issue. I'm running Netflix fast and seamless. Can't even tell it to call someone
Force stop in settings-app-bixby voice. Cleared cache etc anything related to bixby and bixby voice. Didn't do anything to bixby home app. At that point it started booting up the set up tutorial basically resetting bixby voice. I still get the same results and doesn't fix the problem
