Cannot Change Brightness

Im using the Samsung NP370R5E-A03NL, I tried using the FN sortcuts, battery icon, and in the brightness settings. When I try to update my intel hd-4000 driver I it says I already have the newest divers and when I Manualy want to install the new driver is says my pc doesnt meet the system requirments or that someting went wrong. When I turn my laptop on when plugged into the wall I get full brightness, and when I dont I get a realy dark brightness and cant change it. Do you have any solution on how I can change my brightness, please lett me know.

This sounds like the power saving feature. You can adjust how it acts by going into Power Options in Control Panel. Go to change plan settings on the selected plan and then adjust the brightness for "On battery".

Into the search box type Power Options. It will come up.

Im in the change power plan menu but I cant find how to adjust the brightness
