NP740U3L-L02US trackpad not working

Recently my hard drive starting failing on me and I had to replace it. I also needed to purchase a new windows product key to get Windows 10. I installed a new hard drive and installed Windows 10(not yet activated). When I got it installed I had multiple drivers not updated, many shown as unknown including my wireless network. So I had to purchase a wireless adapter and was able to perform windows update. But still unable to get the drivers for my built-in wireless. In addition another issue is I cant get my trackpad/mouse to work. There are no options to turn it on and I've tried the function keys to switch the laptop to/from tablet mode. I eventually found out that I needed to download Samsung Update, which was an adventure. Turns out that even though I am an administrator I wasn't able to install Samsung Update due to an untrusted source it was and UAC was blocking it. So I had to go through command prompt with Admin Rights to finally get that going, but after all updates were performed I still don't have the trackpad/mouse working. At this point I'm thinking of getting a new laptop but rather not. Please help, I've exhausted as much resources as I can. Thanks for the help and sorry for the lengthy essay describing my problem.

So I re-installed using 64-bit Windows 10 and everything is working normally. Touchpad is working normally, wireless network is working and there are nothing showing up in device manager as an issue. Its weird, you would think the touchpad drivers would be available under 32bit as it does in 64-bit.

Yeah, I downloaded that and updated all available updates. Still nothing changed

Are you able to see the device in the Device Manager?

I have 4 without drivers:

Network Controller

PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

Unknown device

Unknown device

 

I tried to update all drivers by using the search internet option, but they all say they cannot find anything

Have you gone to the "Find model" section of Samsung update for those updates?  If you haven't I would suggest giving that a shot.

I entered in my model and saved all available files. There is one that is called "Touchpad firmware update driver". I run the setup but it gives an error promt of "Atmel MxtBootBridge Package requires an x64 processor. Click Ok to exit the wizard". I go into my system properties and it shows Im running a 32-bit operation system under a x64-based processor. But the weird thing is if I go into system infomation it says that the System type is x86-based PC.
