Battery usage

Is it a good idea to work (tablet) while the battery is charging?  My guess would be no just like the phone.  Thanks.

Tablets, phones, and laptops are all designed to work whether charging or not.

So my tablet will keep working when the battery consumption is showing an empty icon? To be safe I won't stay online when the battery shows 0% left. Might be kinder to the battery? Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend that at all. Running a battery that low is bad for the battery.
