When ever I try to connect and Bluetooth devices the system crashes, each time. Its the one of the most expensive laptop in the market right now , I did not expect this type of experience from sumsung.

Try this: Go into laptop bios and turn bluetooth off, boot up and install drivers, back to bios and turn BT on, reboot.
