Greetings!
the keyboard backlight DOES NOT STAY ON more than 5 seconds. I've done the MS and Samsung updates, ran the troubleshooter (no keyboard backlight found), even brought it back to GeekSquad at BestBuy, but nothing doing.... HELP would be greatly appreciated.
Separately (related?) the battery seems to have difficulty charging: I left the computer plugged in overnight and, though the plugged-in symbol appears, it was only at 26% this morning...
