I have a new Galaxy book flex 15.6 that has a left speaker that has never worked and the S pen has a continual connection issue...how do access waranty coverage? They are unreachable with all attempts so far; I also have a set for Galaxy Buds plus, one of which has quit...so frustrating when you put all your spending behind one company and they leave you high and dry. Any suggestions?

Our apologies for the frustration. When were the devices purchased? Have you tried a factory reset of the Galaxy Book Flex?
