Recently, the arrow keys on Samsung Chromebook2, Model XE501C13-502US, do not function in web pages even if I click in the web page. Alt Up and Down do work.

A hard reset has been requested but I do not want to lose all data  and see no reason to do so if there is a setting causing the problem.

Your ideas and experiences are welcomed.    :-)))

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing keyboard issues. If power cycling the device has not helped, there could be an issue with one of the Chrome extensions in the browser. Turning off any recently extensions may help, but if not, the next step will be to perform a powerwash on the Chromebook. Please let us know if this helps. Also, the Chromebook stores all of your data in the Google Clous, so your data will not be lost during the powerwash, or reset.
