Hello. I ordered a Galaxy Chromebook on 11 Feb, and it was suppose to arrive on the 13th. Never did. Tracking just shows it sitting in Memphis. I contacted support online and didn’t get any help. Then all of a sudden, FedEx says the package was to be delivered by the 24th. Yet, it never moved from Memphis.
contacted support again... and again, the guy from India was useless. It’s been 2 weeks. I even did a trade in AND THAT ARRIVED back to Samsung already! This is ridiculous!
That’s pure b.s. It’s been in the 60’s for a week now. No weather issues to speak of. Amazing how USPS could get my trade-in to the same area the Chromebook departed from, in less time? FedEx just blows.
