EVO 870 error after Windows 10 upgrade

Purchased EVO 870 SSD and added it as a 2nd drive to Windows 7 and could view data.

After  upgrade to Windows 10, the new SSD is not available.  

Warning "The IO operation at logical block address 0x800 for Disk 1 (PDO name: \Device\0000002c) was retried."

Appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue.

Updating with additional details :
1. Purchased EVO 870 SSD and added it as a 2nd drive to Windows 7 PC.
2. Used Samsung Data Migration tool to copy Win 7 OS drive to EVO 870 successfully and could view data.
3. Upgrade Win 7 drive to Win 10.
4. After upgrade to Windows 10, the EVO 870 SSD is not available.
Error in Event Viewer : Warning "The IO operation at logical block address 0x800 for Disk 1 (PDO name: \Device\0000002c) was retried."
5. Cannot format the EVO 870 SSD drive, receive the same error.
Appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue.

Additional Details:

Used DISKPART to try to format the drive and receive error :
"Cannot zero sectors on disk \\?\PhysicalDrive1. Error code: 45D@0101000F"
