Sent a 3 month old Chromebook in for repair two weeks ago. Was told it would be returned within the week. Within one day was told it needed to be replaced or a refund issued. Now no one returns calls and if I attempt to get connected to the refund department I spend hours on hold with no response. I need a laptop to work from home. I've seen many posts about about people waiting months for a return or refund. Totally unfair during these times. Samsung should be sued. Service #4153422399.
