I am currently facing some issues with the classroom computer monitoring software that we are using on my Samsung computer. I have tried running the software multiple times, but it doesn't seem to work properly. I am not sure if there is any specific thing required to run this software on a Samsung computer.

You really should be contacting the software maker of the program that you're attempting to run, not Samsung.

In any case, have you tried running the program as an administrator?
