Fingerprint login rarely works on Galaxy Book Pro 360

I have a Galaxy Book Pro 360 and have registered three fingerprints. Rarely do any of them work, and I end up having to use my PIN. My fingers are somewhat dry or cracked, but I don't have any issues on my Galaxy S22+. I've repeatedly cleaned the print scanner. To make matters worse, the face recognition for Windows Hello is not compatible, and Samsung has not offered any help or released a patch. Thus far, I'm not at all happy with Samsung support!

Try to delete all prints and register the same print 2x to 3x for the one finger. Make sure to change directions frequently. Hope this helps!

Thanks, but the system recognizes the finger and will not allow me to repeat a given finger.

My problem is the finger print is registered. But on the login page I don't see the option to login with a fingerprint. Only "pin"

Perhaps you also have to enable fingerprint login as well.
