ComputersI have a Galaxy Book Pro 360 and have registered three fingerprints. Rarely do any of them work, and I end up having to use my PIN. My fingers are somewhat dry or cracked, but I don't have any issues on my Galaxy S22+. I've repeatedly cleaned the print scanner. To make matters worse, the face recognition for Windows Hello is not compatible, and Samsung has not offered any help or released a patch. Thus far, I'm not at all happy with Samsung support!

ComputersThanks, but the system recognizes the finger and will not allow me to repeat a given finger.

ComputersPerhaps you also have to enable fingerprint login as well.
