I just bought the Galaxy Book 2 360 and it was barely a few minutes plugged in when it got very hot. This is most unusual and I don't believe I will be keeping the laptop. It's going back. Samsung needs to look into resolving this issue especially seeing that this is the newer if not newest models. Greatly disappointed!
Did you give it more than a day? These laptops run hot the first day because they're updating and setting themselves up. Relax. If the issue persists tomorrow then think about returning it. I have one and it took a day or two to settle down.
